1. How do I book a service?
You can book a service directly through our website at www.waahnam.in. Choose your service, enter bike details, and select a preferred time slot.
2. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule by contacting our support team at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations are allowed before dispatch for free pick-up.
3. Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp and email after booking.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (for selected services).
2. Are there any hidden charges?
No. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of taxes and service fees. Any additional charges will be discussed and confirmed before billing.

1. What types of bikes do you service?
We service all two-wheelers β scooters and motorcycles, including popular brands like Hero, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Royal Enfield, KTM, and Yamaha.
2. Do you offer doorstep pick-up and drop?
Yes, we offer free pick-up and drop services within our operational zones.
π Return & Refund Policy
We have a No Return Policy for all products and services. Refunds are only issued for cases where:
- The service/product was not delivered
- The wrong service/product was provided
- There is a verified issue with service quality
